Biography

Stefan Sterns is a Partner at NewRoad Capital Partners, where he is primarily responsible for identifying and analyzing investment opportunities, leading deal execution and the management of portfolio companies. Immediately prior to joining NewRoad Capital Partners, Stefan spent the past eight years at Barclays Investment Bank in New York where he most recently served as a Director in the Communications and Media coverage group focusing on mid and large cap Media and Telecom Companies. In this time at Barclays, he worked on buy-side and sell-side M&A advisory assignments and debt and equity capital raises in excess of $200 billion.

Stefan holds a BA in Diplomatic History from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
