Welcome to the website (the “Site”) of NewRoad Capital Partners, its affiliates and subsidiaries (“NewRoad”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). This privacy policy (“Policy”) describes how NewRoad collects, uses, discloses and otherwise processes the personal information described in this Policy. Except as otherwise described below, this Policy applies to the personal information that NewRoad collects and processes related to visitors of our Site where this Policy is posted, including https://newroadcp.com and the services available through our Site (together, referred to as the “Services”).

In some cases, we may provide you with additional or supplemental privacy notices with additional details about our privacy practices. These additional notices will control to the extent there is a conflict with this Policy, with respect to your personal information that is subject to that additional notice. In addition, if you visit one of our portfolio company’s websites and a different privacy policy is posted there, that privacy policy will control with respect to the information collected within the scope of the policy.
