Jeremy Wilson is a Co-Founder & Co-Managing Partner of NewRoad Capital Partners, where he is responsible for the overall strategic vision, capital allocation, fundraising efforts, the investment process and post-investment operations of portfolio companies. Jeremy has over 25 years of experience leading and operating companies, from startups to multi-national corporations, across retail, advertising and technology.
Immediately prior to NewRoad Capital Partners, Jeremy served the as COO & CAO of Rockfish (acquired by WPP), a full-service digital marketing agency, where he helped scale the company from a startup to a nationwide service business with notable clients, including Walmart, Sam’s Club, Johnson & Johnson, Proctor & Gamble, Cisco and EA Sports. Prior to Rockfish, he served as a Senior Director at Walmart for the Financial Services team, where he led M&A initiatives, product development, strategy, mortgage lending, investment services and select cash operations. Jeremy has also served as the Head of Investor Relations for both Walmart and Brinker International and the Head of Domestic Cash Management for Walmart.
Jeremy is a Board Trustee for the University of Arkansas System.
Jeremy holds a BSBA in Finance from the Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas and has attended postgraduate studies through the executive education program at Harvard Business School.
