Vincent Love

Vincent Love is a Partner at NewRoad Capital Partners, where he leads the firm’s Consumer investment strategy and oversees all aspects of the investment process. A seasoned professional with deep experience across venture capital, private equity, investment banking, and entrepreneurship, Vincent has a strong passion for building businesses and helping founders realize their visions.

Before joining NewRoad, Vincent co-founded Sunrise Strategic Partners (“SSP”), a growth equity firm focused on providing capital and operational expertise to emerging food and beverage brands in the healthy, active, and sustainable living sectors. As Managing Partner, he played a pivotal role in shaping SSP’s strategy and leading investments in brands such as PACT Organic, Kodiak Cakes, Maple Hill Creamery, Vital Farms, and Coolhaus. Prior to co-founding SSP, Vincent spent over a decade at Citigroup, where he advised on more than $40 billion in liquidity events in the consumer and retail sectors. Additionally, Vincent is a successful Planet Fitness franchisee, owning and operating five clubs in Colorado and Wyoming.

Vincent holds an MBA from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Manitoba’s Asper School of Business.
