Stan Jacot is a Strategic Advisor at NewRoad Capital Partners, where he partners with growth companies to maximize their performance and potential. In his 30+ year career in consumer products, Stan has developed an extensive track record in scaling businesses with his unique blend of innovative thinking, industry knowledge, best practices, financial acumen and culture creation.
Before joining NewRoad, Stan was the CEO of Arcadia Biosciences, Inc. (NASDAQ:RKDA), where he successfully scaled and sold multiple assets. Prior to Arcadia, he held the President role at Jane’s Dough premium frozen pizza and the Vice President / General Manager role at ConAgra Foods popcorn portfolio, improving profitable growth through distribution expansion, innovation, supply chain efficiency and acquisitions. He started his career with 13 years in progressive brand management roles at Kellogg’s in the US and Canada, transforming iconic brands such as Frosted Flakes, Pop-Tarts and Special K.
Stan holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing from DePaul University.
