I believe we have a responsibility to invest in the development of our CEO’s and their teams. Servant Leadership, setting a vision and a pace for the organization and doing this in a constant learning, humble manner will drive sustainable results. We are not focused on the short term but lasting relationships that build value throughout the organization. We hope to see future CEO’s and Founders in everyone of our invested companies and look forward to charting a path and building on that relationship. A relationship that can span many years.
