Biography

Tracy Rosser is a Strategic Advisor at NewRoad Capital Partners. Tracy has over 30 years of supply chain experience that spans across transportation management, fleet operations, distribution management and transportation technology. Tracy served as EVP of Operations at Transplace / Uber Freight, where he led all transportation management activities, which managed over $17 billion in freight across transportation operations, global operations, transportation procurement, data and analytics, customer engagement, transportation engineering and supply chain consulting. Prior to Transplace, Tracy served as COO of Walmart Transportation and SVP of Transportation and Supply Chain at Walmart.

Tracy previously served on the Board of Directors for National Academies of Science Transportation Research Board and the Board of Trustees for The National WWII Museum and Stillman College.

Tracy holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Alabama and an MBA from Tulane University.
