Bob Arvin

Bob Arvin is a Strategic Advisor at NewRoad Capital Partners. Bob has over 45 years of experience in forward & reverse logistics, e-commerce fulfillment, and supply chain strategy. Bob served as Divisional VP of Supply Chain at Walmart, where he was most recently responsible for managing the returns model at Walmart to extract greater value from customer returns through managing vendor agreements, store process optimization and developing refurbishment and resale channels. During his 40+ years at Walmart, Bob formed the first Industrial Engineering team which designed and installed many of the productivity-enhancing processes used in Logistics today.

Bob has served as a Board Advisor to the Reverse Logistics Association.

Bob holds a MS in Operations Management from the College of Engineering at the University of Arkansas.
